Return Policy
Please contact us if you have a question or problem with your order, or to obtain an authorization for return of your merchandise. Items returned to Ascensus without a return authorization number will be refused. A 20 percent restocking fee, plus the original postage and handling, will be charged for reasons other than Ascensus error.
